Fitness Blender is a husband and wife team (Kelli and Daniel Segars) of personal trainers based outside of Seattle, who created Fitness Blender (2008) with the belief that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their income, and maintain it as free to use. “They’ve made numerous best-of lists: including BuzzFeed, Forbes and People Magazine.” On their website there’s a customizable workout calendar, progress tracking, community forums, blog and more on their website; all videos are easily accessed via Youtube as well. In navigating injury I would supplement cross training with various Fitness Blender workouts, and really feel as though I was able to work on areas of weakness while at the same time recover.
