Team requirements include:

  • Northwest Resident
  • Post-collegiate
  • Willingness to promote BDP and its sponsors
  • Run consistently
  • Run 3+ races a year (depending on specialty)
  • Have run near one or more specified time standard/s

Standards
BDP takes into consideration varying levels of time standards (National AG, Regional AG), as well as an athlete’s potential, but focuses on making sure an athlete has proper training partners of similar ability within the current team when assessing an applicant. Our team possesses a wide range of race specialties (track, road, trail, ultra, as well as a few triathletes and obstacle/Spartan athletes). If you have not hit any of the following time standards, we encourage you to still submit your application. These act merely as a guide to strive towards.

Women’s Standards (National – Regional) might include:

  • 5k – 18:30 // 20:30
  • 10k – 38:00 // 42:00
  • 1/2 – 1:22:30 // 1:33
  • Marathon – 2:52 // 3:15
  • Trail – Ultrarunsignup score/results may be taken into consideration

Men’s Standards (National – Regional) might include:

  • 5k – 16:00 // 18:15
  • 10k – 33:30 // 38:00
  • 1/2 – 1:14:00 // 1:25:00
  • Marathon – 2:37 // 3:00
  • Trail – Ultrarunsignup score/results may be taken into consideration
