Banana chocolate chip muffins:
INGREDIENTS
1 mashed banana
1 c soy or almond milk
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine, pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 375 for 25min.
